2Resellers make bulk offers
Full lot or picked sizes, up to 3 rounds a side. Offers under your floor price are declined on their own.
3Reserve, pay, dispatch
Units are held for 48 hours. The reseller pays you by UPI or NEFT; you confirm and dispatch.

Stock loses value every season it sits in the godown.
Every lot shows units per size and an A–D grade split before anyone offers, and a floor price auto-declines lowball offers without revealing the floor.

Resellers see profit, margin and ROI on a lot. Brands see how much cash comes back after commission and GST. Change any figure and the slip updates.
Commission is 5% of the order value plus 18% GST on the commission, charged to the brand on completed orders only.

No plans and no monthly fee. Brands pay only when a lot sells.
Worked example: on a ₹79,380 order, the brand pays ₹3,969 commission plus ₹714 GST (18% of the commission). Resellers pay the brand directly and pay nothing to the platform.

Policies, grading and payments are covered in more detail in Help.
RTO means return to origin: an order the courier could not deliver, usually a cash-on-delivery parcel the customer refused or missed. It comes back to the brand unused, often still sealed.
Every lot declares how many units sit in each grade: A for new or deadstock, B for open box, C for customer returns that were tried or handled, D for salvage with visible defects. Sellers upload at least two photos of every grade in the lot, and the grading standard spells out each grade.
Yes, when the brand allows partial orders. Choose Pick sizes in the offer form and enter the quantity for each size and colour, as long as you meet the lot's minimum order. A partial order gets a proportional grade mix, within ±10%.
The brand sets shipping terms on every lot: buyer pays freight, seller pays, or ex-warehouse pickup. You see the terms, the godown city and the dispatch days before you make an offer.
There is no payment gateway. When your offer is accepted, or you reserve at list price, the units are held for you for 48 hours. You pay the brand directly by UPI or NEFT with the order code as the reference and upload the UTR. The brand confirms the money has arrived, then dispatches.
Each lot says whether the brand issues a GST invoice, and at what rate, before you offer. When it does, the invoice is uploaded with the dispatch details.
You get 72 hours after delivery to inspect. If more than 10% of units are below the declared grade, or the quantity or items are wrong, raise an issue with photos or video and ask for a full or partial refund. The brand has 48 hours to respond, and unresolved issues count against its scores.
Yes. For each lot you can show your brand, hide it until the buyer is verified, or hide it until you accept their offer. Hidden names are left out of the lot page, the share image and search results, not just covered up.
